Our Main Centre is located at Red River Exhibition Park, 4057 Portage Avenue.
Morgan Centre is located at 305 Morgan Crescent.
Buchanan Centre is located at 815 Buchanan Boulevard.
Festival Early Learning and Child Care Centre Inc., formally know as Downs Childrens Centre Inc has been providing care to children ages 12 weeks to 12 years since 1981.
We have experienced many changes over the last few years and continue to grow as a centre, as well as within the community.
FELCC is licensed by the province of Manitoba and offers quality early learning and childcare at three locations in west Winnipeg.
